Investing In Hard Money Loans – Highest Rated?

A major component of buying real estate investments is lining up the financing for it. It’s pretty easy financing your first 4-10 rental properties with a traditional loan, but what do you do after that?

In this video, I’ll go over a hard money loan product that’s specifically designed for buy and hold rentals.

The qualifications are determined by the property itself and not on your own personal income.

I own 3 properties and am having trouble getting traditional financing for a 4th. Let me know if your financing is something you’d like to discuss. I’m currently only interested in buy and hold so this seems like it could be an option.

Is there a higher chance of loan being called due with the 30 year fixed hard money vs typical fanny Freddie route?

You talked pretty fast. I think if you use more pictures or graph to show visual it can help new investors understand things easier.
