I'm going thru the same exact thing with Santander. They repoed my daughter's car that I cosigned for. Jefferson Capital has it now. I called them and they say that some Law Company has it but both Santander and Jefferson are still reporting our credit report
I was a co- signer on a vehicle purchase in where Santander was the loan company. The person lost the vehicle do to incarceration and I found out Santander sold it back in 2017. It is on my credit history as a charge off and I've not received any type of notifications from any collectors or other entities regarding this vehicle. Can I get this removed from my credit history?
a repo man blocked me in ,,he refused to let me exit ,,during the attempt i had to squeeze in a spot too escape ,my vehicle was damaged ,,i have a verbal estimate for damages $5000 ,,i still have my car ,,santander told me they are not responsible for the actions of the tow truck driver ,,the driver statement is identical too my description of the events that transpired ,,what would you recommend ???
