Hey sir. I just ordered your debt validation letter. I am only able to donate a dollar at the moment but do plan to donate more in the future. I appreciate all that you do

FYI…Santanders Consumers USA hasn’t sent me a letter for nothing except more fees and extra charges to date / no nothing regarding title clear or loan forgiveness forbearance on anything……Settlement is a joke nobody I know has received anything from this sorry ass company. No one has made them do shit

When an original creditor makes a settlement with you to settle a owed debt. Shouldn't they send the the agreement in writing or do they have to send you an agreement letter?
