!!HELP PLEASE!! I sent my letters of validation, and 1 debt collector responded with a copy of my account with the original creditor, but nothing else proving they have a right to collect for the original creditor..
Also attached a letter stating that the FDCPA does not define what constitutes proper debt validation, also under Fourth Circuit Court Appeals the debt collector is not required to keep detailed files of debt..

**Also the copy of account with original creditor, shows the wrong address number, numbers are wrong, but street and city are right.

I have a question I sent in the debt validation letter. The collector sent me a letter stating whom the original creditor is, my name and last 4 ss#, and stated if I would like a copy of all payments made on this account that I may request it. I already requested this information in my debt vaildation, they have not given me any information that I requested in my letter. What should I do now.

So have a private student loan that is 14 years old. I haven't paid it in year…. until last year when I tried to make a plan with these people and the debt collector refused to work with me. They said they would only take payments if it was for the whole 25,000$. These payments would last me 40 years! So, I stopped paying them after I realized that the debt wasn't even on my credit report! It was charged off! When I stopped paying them….They told me I was ridiculous and "unwilling to pay" and resold my debt to someone else. Now this new debt collector says that because I was paying the other guys I have to start all over again with them and they sent me the original paperwork from Sali Mae as "proof". Does paying these guys restart this debt on my credit report or is that a lie?

    Greetings Sir,
    I have two part question…
If someone has a point of contact (account representative listed on letter) at the debt collector or original creditor; is it possible to request validations or dispute needed via email?
I ask because some emails show when the email has being read so would that support in court that your request was received?

Thank you for all you do Sir; it is well appreciated.

Rec billing statement with zero balance after the original charged it off says balance owed 0. So as a consumer if I rec. a copy of billing statement showing 0 balance means to me nothing is owed. They also sent email saying that an attorney hasn’t reviewed it again. Also, I sent them cease and desist all communication and collections and they continue to attempt to communicate with me
