What Credit Score For Best Interest Rate – Advice On Choosing The Best Company
Wondering What Credit Score is needed to get the Best Interest Rate when Buying a Home? It depends on how much you are putting down but for 20% down or more, 740 will meeting the need currently. However, for less than 20% down, shoot for a 760 or better. Remember though, this is a “mixed-score” based on multiple credit bureaus and a Mortgage Model, not your typical “online Credit Score” from your credit card company.
