Question “ is there agency’s that does a rent to own that does not check credit? And even if it does they will help you but ask for a bigger deposit or extra month of rent?

I have a question. I had paid off a settled amount of a collection a few weeks ago and the debt collection company never removed it. I called them a few days later and asked them why they didn't remove the collection off of my credit report, and they said that they're not obligated to. Then i disputed the collection to equifax and that was unsuccessful as well. Is there any way to get the darn collection off my credit report since I rightfully settled the debt? It's frustrating me.

I was interested in buying a house last November. I had to fix my credit and I didn’t prequalify to buy till March. My first house I offered was rejected, and I didn’t find a great deal till June and closed July 31st. It takes time and stressful and just a roller coaster ride! Moving and furnishing, be prepared to drop 3-5 thousand $$$ just like that. Phew … it’s expensive buying a house but it’s worth it if you do it wisely! Oh and it helps to have a good realtor that’s on your side and is positive. Same goes for the mortgage lender. I dropped my first mortgage lender because he made me feel like it was hopeless to fix my credit score to qualify. He was like… even it you pay this or that off, you still may not qualify. I dropped him and the other broker was like… here what you need to do and get done, and they followed up on my progress . Stay away from nay sayers and find a team PARAGONOFFICIALS🟠COM, check their page and also contact them.

My credit got messed up because everything was in my name and my ex decided to ruin everything, I mean Everything. Now that I managed to save well enough money & ready to get another apartment, now nobody wants to give me a second chance. I am a hustler so I have different sources of income but they want me to show something stable, should I pull the w9 for all my gigs

My credit is a reflection of Covid! I had good credit prior and I make 3k a week with no history of evictions or late rent. I have references and 3 months rent pre paid and they still rejected me.

Would I have problems getting approved for an apartment with a $400/month dental bill? It’s an unsecured loan and I’m going apartment hunting. I’d be making 3x the rent, but I’m afraid if this shows on my credit report, it’ll lower my approval chances. This isn’t any different than a car payment, and I don’t have a car. Any advice? My credit is good, but still nervous.

@ToddMiller Hi! my situation is that I currently own a home and I’m listing it in about a month. I plan on using the money from the sale of the home to get out of debt. Can I explain that to the landlord/property manager so that I can increase my chances of getting approved?

What about medical collections on your credit report? Plus my identity was stolen. I have disputed several of my medical collections and they have been removed. Thanks love your video, very helpful. 👍

what about if you can't afford to pay the collections? It's either get an apartment (and ask to pay more rent/deposit) or pay the collects and wait another year to get an apartment. The apartment collections I have are more than 5 years old.
