Hi Nicole, I love the information you provided on this video, great job. I have a question. How do you know what bank to go to when you want to apply for a mortgage loan. For example when you want to apply for a car loan you can go to the dealer, and the dealer will run your credit and show you different lender with different interest rate to give you the best possible interest rate. Does it work like that too with mortgages is there a place or bank that you can go to find the best possible rates out there?

Would I be better off with a VA or Conventionial loan if I'm putting the 20% down for a lower monthly payment? my credit score is 826, I'm retired with a total income of 64K after taxes. Will my current home that i will sell before closing on the new one effect my DTI?

Ms.Nark My question when a lender pull your credit that is a hard pull and you are denied that will lower your credit score? And would you have to build it back up before trying for another lender? And do it effect a chance to get a morgage beings they did that hard pull?

I just had a past due collections appear on my credit report from 7 years ago. I knew nothing about it. I called the credit collections company and paid the debt. I I called the collections company and they said "no" that's up to credit bureau. I just called Trans union again and they said it was no longer on report. Experian won't answer their phone so went online, all effort to correct this was proven abortive and I needed to do this fast for me to qualify for a house mortgage. Few weeks ago I came across this credit coach Calvin who many had recommended how he had helped them with their credit score. I contacted him via his working email address( ERNSTCALVIN.NET ) and asked if he could help me. He answered boldly 'YES' and explained to me in detail the whole process. I gave him a try to my greatest surprise he did an amazing job. My score has been boosted to 800 on average across all bureaus and all 3 items were removed. Thanks ERNST CALVIN . YOU CAN ALSO CONTACT HIM ON INSTAGRAM @ERNST_CALVIN_

I am helping my parents gather information on buying a home in northwest arkansas (springdale area). What are some lenders in the state that follow the FHA loan requirements? They do not have the best credit but do have above 620. I have looked up reviews but there is many to help us choose out some good local lenders

640 middle mortgage score. 25 years same job. DTI 17% 1 year on 11 accounts never late. But prior to that 7 car late payments and 2015 27k charge off with a balance of zero bank said I don’t owe it charged if with zero balance Other then that 11-12 accounts in good standings oldest credit account 3 years. Car account currently current 5 years with 10 payments left. Trying to raise it to 660-670 before applying for home loan with down assistance would the charge off affect me ?

Mortgage middle score 630. 24 years at same job 13 months no late payments. Dti19%. But prior to 13 months no lates was 7 lates on vehicle. But only have 10 months remaining on vehicle is a high payment 670$. 10 credit cards balance zero or at 1% so car only monthly payment showing on reports and charge off in 2016 that is still showing but with a balance zero. Will it affect my chances for fha ? Say about 100k loan

    Hi Nicole!
What do you think of buying during this virus time. Better to wait and see or move ahead with plans? We are moving to the beautiful Natural State from Nevada. We are in our late 50's and have purchased 2 homes previously but still feel like novices with all the ins and outs of it all. Thanks Nicole, your videos are wonderful!
