    You have them delete it before you pay. They can always put back on if you dont pay. But you have to spend money suing them if they don't delete it.

    Credit scoring system sometimes can suck. If u pay an old debt/charge off etc, u get punished for it. Its just sucks when they do that.

    Do you have to pay collections if they are correct? How do you get rid of them?
