    Hey Travis,
I’ve been on your mailing list for quite some time and read a LOT of articles on your site. I’ve seen time and time again about how people don’t realize they can refinance multiple times, BUT my question is how common or likely is it that a borrower can refinance a loan with the same lender they previously refinanced with. For some reason I keep getting much better rates with one specific “preferred provider” on your site compared to others and it just makes me wonder if they’ll be likely to allow me to refi with them again in the future when my DTI is more favorable in a few years or so?
