I love how you use the pronoun "we". It is better together. This is how you create wealth. Best wishes on your debt payoff. Imagine being able to save $1500 a month. ๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿ’ฐ

I'm here for it all, Gab. Student loans and car loan #1 gone in 2021! Dave Ramsey has an awesome proving plan. I think many take him literally were upset because they follow the steps to the T. Whereas he always advised when to stop being gazelle intense, i.e pregnancy and pandemic.

I was in the process of buying a new home and then I bought some furniture for it in credit and almost lost the house. Luckily I was able to secure outside funding so that it didn't impact my debt to income ratio.

I had an EVICTION, JUDGEMENT and quite a number of other negative items on my report with a low 400's CREDIT SCORE. These prevented me from getting a mortgage until I starting looking for help. After he finished working on my REPORT in just 7 days, my CREDIT SCORE increased to 780, all the negative items on my REPORT were deleted permanently and he added good trade-lines to boost my credit mix (Mortgage tradelines, Installment tradelines, Revolving credit cards and Auto tradelines) on my report, I got the mortgage and that was phenomenal! We are building a new home that unfortunately went into receivership, we contacted our lender who advised us to let them know before the interest-only on our loan came to an end, we did this 6 weeks before that date and we were advised by the bank that we were given another 2 months on interest only, but now they have taken full payments for interest and principal and said we have to apply for funds to finish our home which has now been taken over by another builder, we had contacted them and thy want us to pay rent of this mortgage, all due to no fault of ours, I was introduced to JohnnieHacksLLC. org who reverse this in no time for a little fee, he also helped clear our loan debts, we are forever indebted to him.
