Since this video some of the buttons have been moved. There is no Adjust Account Button in my TOS. I have to right click a ticker to reset all positions, but I cant change the starting amount. Where did it go?

in the paper trading account, if I click on transactions, what do the following mean:
    1) Cash Alternatives Purchase
    2) Cash Alternatives Purchase (MMDA1)

Someone is showing me a paper trading account with these transactions. I'm not sure what they mean. Thanks.

Is that normal that the data on the chart is delayed by 20 mins, but when I buy at MKT, the order fills at the real-time price?
How can we train when the quotes are delayed by 20 mins and the order entry is not?

What's the purpose of adjusting cash balance? What's cash balance anyway? What's the purpose for that? Like…if you have 100,000 in the account why do you need a start balance of 10,000? What's the point?

A lot of talk about how to buy and sell stocks. A little talk about technical analysis (charts). But not much on fundamental analysis of a stock (Ratios analysis – P/E, PEG, P/B, Debt to EBITDA, Dividend Yield, Stock price to Book value etc). Can the Thinkorswim program be used as a learning tool? Will it suggest alternative actions to what I propose for a stock pick?
