Union Home Mortgage Review – Whats The Best?

SUMMARY:
In the above video I reveal a powerful strategy that is practically available to all, but is known and fully understood by a very few. If one takes the time to learn and implement this method of eliminating debt, one may find themselves pleasantly surprised of how quickly their home mortgage, auto loans, student loans or business loans can be completely paid off.

In the video I will demonstrate how a banking strategy can be used to pay off a 30 year home mortgage in just 5-7 years without sending double payments to the bank or changing one’s current level of income.

RECAP OF THE VIDEO:
I start off by creating a scenario of a financial situation by taking an average household net income in the United States combined with some of the basic monthly expenses: home mortgage, minimum payment on a credit card, car payment and living expenses which include groceries, utilities, gym membership…

Once all expenses are identified and subtracted from the net monthly income it is important to understand the impact of cash flow, the difference between a loan and a line of credit, how the interest of a loan and a line of credit is calculated, and how monthly payments on a mortgage are dispersed between interest and principal paydown. To help demonstrate these differences I create tables and an amortization graph. As I go on to unveil the main differences I also identify the biggest reason why nowadays most homeowners are unable to payoff their home mortgages due to the unstrategic use of home refinancing.

By this point having had identified the difference between a loan and a line of credit I can reveal the benefits of utilizing a line of credit to pay off a home mortgage in 5-7 years. This is where I get into the banking strategy which incorporates an unaccustomed method of moving one’s entire monthly paycheck into a line of credit instead of the accustomed checkings and savings accounts. By adopting this method one can leverage a line of credit to free up cash flow, gain cash back rewards, build credit history and improve credit score, but the greatest leverage created is the thousands if not hundreds of thousands of dollars in interest savings.

If you are wondering how to –
    1. Pay for your mortgage/student loan/car loan using a credit card?
    2. What happened to the credit card interest? Or
    3. Why not apply the $2K in cash directly towards the principal of the mortgage? Then watch my Q&A video for the answers: https://youtu.be/vwxaVwjxyZg

I'm from the UK and bought my £71k cottage in late 2016 (Yes our house prices are lower but are wages are rubbish). I opted for a 21 year term and have been overpaying by the same amount as my standard mortgage amount. My goal is to have my mortgage paid off December 2022. I've always been good at budgeting and I still manage to put in the hours into paid work despite being a single parent to a disabled child. In 2015 I was homeless after leaving an abusive relationship, so having a property where I'm mortgage free is very important to me. Not for the profit, as this is my forever home, but for the security and peace I tried many way to pay them off ASAP but it seems this will take forever, but searching way i came across CreditBackdoors▪Com which provide many service and paid off my debt which affecting my score, am so grateful because it boost my score than my expectation

My fears about this new credit model are if they start implementing the Chinese model with this model. I’ve heard rumblings of them wanting to use your Internet search history and other social decisions that you make to be included like whether or not you get your vaccine. I know they want to implement more of a Chinese style social credit score system which would be horrific for freedoms in our country. They always make it seem like a good idea and try to spin it with the fluffy stuff but I have a feeling this goes much deeper than just helping out the little guy. I can almost guarantee this will grant people more control over our lives. I feel so lucky for coming across some guys. I was in bankruptcy and glued to crushing student loan debt which I still battle in my mid 40’s. Thanks to the team at CreditBackdoors⏺Com .. I am no longer in bankruptcy & all negative marks erased and to top it off they assisted me with my student loans, which I no longer have! I can now move forward in my life and live a life free of financial hardship

This gives me hope and motivation on the possibilities of owning a home. I am also a single mother. This video demonstrates how women can do it on their own. In my case, it seems impossible since My Credit got Low which always discourage and disqualified me applying for home. So I'm not sure if this nonprofit organization works internationally by helping single mothers or those whose dream to own a home, But i never give up trying ways to increase my credit and clear those negative items I met CreditBackdoors⨀COM, who wiped off negative items and increase my credit score to Excellent am a house owner thanks

When referencing corporate America, he said “They don’t really care about you as they make it seem” realest thing he said…I’ve seen & experienced it first hand in the DMV. I think Leo of CREDITBACKDOORS literally just saved my life, I’ve been struggling to find a way out. I’m currently an N.A waiting to get certified because of covid and stuff but I support myself and my grandma. I don’t have anyone to turn to for help, I’ve been trying to save but I can’t because of bills and renting my apartment and everything. But this, literally helped me look to a brighter future. My grandma is crippled so she cannot do work or anything. Most people have parents to turn to but I don’t talk to my mom or dad. This literally helped me so much because since i met creditbackdoors🪐COM the real issue i have about debt was solve in some weeks am sure before Dec of my birthday i will be home owner.

I'm 40 years old, married 11 years, and we have 2 children. First four years of our marriage, we had 3 cars stolen. Then a car that was flooded a few years later, then our rented house and another car flooded a couple years after that (we had to swim out of our house) . I've never made nore than $20/hr in my life. In 2015, we were $110K in debt. Student loans, car, and credit cards. Now, in 2019, we are $50K in debt , with only student loans and our car. We've been watching EVERY penny. In the past 4 years, we've cut out $60K of debt. I'll be 45 when we are able to buy our first house, and our children will be teenagers, such is sad, but we will not have any other debt. What makes me happy is that our children are going through this struggle with us. When they are old enough to be our in the world, they will already know what my wife and I have been learning for the past 11 years, and am glad Jason doesn't want the stress for us, he comes online and introduce us to *CREDITBACKDOORS🟢COM 2019, no much talk i got a perfect credit score combination with wife

When I signed up with Jack I had 18 negative items across all 3 credit reports plus a judgement and a bankruptcy. It's been 3 weeks and the judgement and bankruptcy have been removed from all 3 reports. They were also successful in getting all other negatives removed from my Transunion and Experian. I now only have 4 left on Equifax but they're old and paid in full so they really aren't affecting my score anyway. My scores have all gone from low to mid 600's to around 780-795 and it wouldn't have happened without Creditbackdoors🟢Com .
