Loan Officer Assistant – Job Without College Degree

So in today’s video I talk about my new position; being a loan officer assistant. I will be explaining what it’s like a day in my life. I go through the Loan Officer Assistant Job description, how much you will be getting paid, and the work life balance compared to the work life balance of being a loan processor. I even compare the salary to a loan processor salary. This is a follow up to my last 3 videos about loan processing and will be my 2nd to last video about this topic. Could you do a video on how to find a good loan officer assistant?

Pay as an assistant is usually higher! Companies split commission not $25 a file lol. On 1,000,000 month you make $600.. so two loan officers closing 3mil a month is 1,800 a month!

i became an LO about 3 months ago and havent had much success yet. have been wondering if an LOA position would be better so i can learn the ins and outs of it. i get a salary as an LO, but the salary you mentioned in this video is higher (obviously lower commissions, which im fine with). would you recommend it?

Hey man appreciate your videos, I'm a loan opener(not sure if every company has loan openers) I started about six months ago I still get nervous and I get scare that I may screw up. I have made terrible mistakes.. but I think I'm getting the hang of it

I just got offered a role for a loan processing position and I am excited to get into it. I was told that the average loan processor in this company will complete 20-40 files per month. I hope that's accurate because the pay $100 per file from 1-19 files, $200 per file for 20-29 and $300 per file for 30-39 files and as much as $400 per file if you complete over 40 files… 🤯🤯

Good video, you may have been making more as a loan processor, but it looked like you were dying lol !

I've got a quick question for you. In your experience, how closely do regular FICO scores (FICO 8 & 9) correlate to the FICO scores that mortgage companies use? I've read they use something like FICO 2 or 3. I've got a 796 FICO 9 from Experian and a 791 Fico 8 from Transunion. Do you think my mortgage FICO's would be close to that? Thanks.

I am currently working on getting my mlo but I really want to start at a loan processor role, but it is hard getting into the field because no-one wants to hire you if you have no experience.
