    Matt, what was most useful was your method of giving the pros and cons of each strategy. I have heard all these creative financing strategies before generally when the real estate trainers were promoting their courses or products for sale as the best method for creating wealth. In real life, there is always the market conditions and timing that are the major forces to consider.
