    When you say "we fixed it", do you mean you hired someone to do the job or you painted, did flooring etc. yourself?

    He’s into the house for 217,000 or did I get lost 🤔 bc if he paid 155k + 62k on the resell he only received 33k and didn’t get his initial investment back

    Wait, he's suggesting to buy with a loan (20% down) and then do a cash out finance at 6 months? Those finance charges add up to be pretty significant.

    I'm confused why did you sell her the house for 86000 more than you paid if you would have sold her the house for $140,000 your LLC would have gotten its cash back there would have been no profit for your LLC so no taxes your wife would have carried a cheaper mortgage which means more profit generated monthly

    I don't understand why is the 20% downpayment that your wife paid can be counted as a "loss" to counteract the 80K profit from your LLC???
