I received a writ of summons from Midland, I responded with a Motion to Compel Arbitration and stay proceedings. They've agreed to my request to stay the case for 90 days in order to permit Defendant to file the necessary documents in the appropriate arbitration forum. It further states: "In the event that Defendant fails to properly file within 90 days, the stay shall be lifted and this case may proceed in the ordinary course, I was under the impression that they would have to initiate the arbitration as they are the ones looking to collect on an "INACCURATE" debt they've purchased from the original creditor. The original creditor has an arbitration clause that states they would pay for the cost to arbitrate… how do I seek representation and have it billed to Midland, is there a step I'm missing where they initiate arbitration or should I go ahead and proceed without them?

Thank you so much Steve you are a anchor to my ship we will be talking soon I am from Texas / Arizona now you said that if you cannot represent me you have someone else too or will handle my case but do they have the same mindset as you determination, understanding of how these procedures need to be done with your client my biggest fear is if I offer for your service and you do not handle my case because I am in a different state do ihave the same guarantee as you saying your videos but through another representative that you hire out.!!!!!

If we have more than one credit collection listed in the same credit bureau, can we send one letter to the bureau listing the debts we are contesting, or do we need to send one letter per collection to the credit bureau?

What if I found out that I've been sued, by Midland Funding, but found out by attorneys writing and telling me about it through mailed advertising and notifying me its public record and they stated it was filed in court on August 31,2020 but I've not been served by Midland, what's my next move? I am going by the court to get it confirmed so I can be prepared with a response. Thank you for any advice you can give
