The only way credit cards don't equal debt is if you pay the bill before you use it

What model Fico did you use Fico for credit cards is different from Ficos for mortgages which is 5, 4 or 2. Some people know how to get their Fico Bankcard score 8 credit card score.

Hey I was wondering why do u not have any credit union credit cards. I know that their cards aren't as good but they're usually easier to get and with lower apr, And I trust credit unions better. Could u do a video oor something of why y'all don't like credit union credit cards?

Can getting a car loan and paying it off in 3 installments increase your score ?

I have a 761 credit score and my dad wants to pay me to buy a car for my brother (in my name).

I grew up in the USA where the belief is that the more credit cards you have the worse your credit score. I made a credit card score mistake. I had AMEX Gold for decades then decided to switch to Chase VISA. My credit score too deep hit and dropped significantly. I did not know that I should have product changed from AMEX gold to a free AF AMEX card to keep my credit score high. Now I am trying to regain my credit score. I recently signed up for UltraFICO and Experian Boost.

I'm surprised that you did not talk about Discover Bank. The only checking account with 1% cashback (beside the beautiful debit card design), and 2.10% saving account. You get free unlimited checks, and many basic perks. (Don't tell no one ssshhhh, I use the 1% debit card to pay for my rent and other bills requiring debit card or checking accounts only :P)

Maybe you could do a video on how credit scores are calculated. There are several different methods used such as FICO Score 8 FICO Score 9, Vantage 3.0, UltraFICO, FICO Next Generation, and many more.

One resource says there maybe over a thousand different methods to calculate a credit score. What methods are there and what ones do we need to worry about and what are the differences between them, that is if you can even know because most of the formulas are a deep dark secret.

Also the same method can have several different scores based on what you are going to use it for. If you get a home loan your FICO 8 score maybe 690 but an auto loan FICO 8 score maybe 720 and a personal loan FICO 8 score maybe 740. different scoring methods and different scores for different types of loans can have one person with hundreds of different credit scores and it's not always clear, or even intentionally kept secret, why the score is what it is so that even if you are doing "everything right" you might not be doing what is right for the method being use by the creditor and the type of loan or service you are seeking.

I think the rules for time travel are simpler.

Ive just started to build my credit and i noticed that equifax has my closed car loan with a higher score of 726 and transunion doesn't show it with a lower score of 679. Can this be pointed out to transunion and how to go about it? Any thoughts and suggestions are welcome

Nowadays if you don’t have a credit score you virtually don’t exist. And if you are responsible you are never in debt.Been there done that don’t blame credit cards blame yourself for not having control. It’s like having liquor you could choose to be responsible or you’re irresponsible with it

Well, debt is evil, but none the folks in the credit card game are usually the same people going into debt for a few benefits. Or maybe they are, I don’t know, but I would say to use your best judgement. Everything isn’t for you. Either way, you can still enjoy the video even if it isn’t for you!

Your Macy's story hits home. When I graduated college I had a job interview so I decided to get a suit from Macy's. At the registered I was offered to sign up for the store card and me being on my high horse fresh out of college thought I would be instantly approved. I had no stable income and was denied. The clerk was like I'm sure you'll get a job. Was pretty embarrassed lol thankfully I now have an 800-810 depending on the credit report. Great video.
