There's an I-894 in West Allis, Wisconsin. We drove on it in 2019.
Also, there are 2 I-194's. One is in Battle Creek, Michigan, the other is in Mandan, North Dakota.
Also, there's an I-294 in Hazel Crest, Illinois.
Also, there's an I-794 in Milwaukee.
As I mentioned, I-894 is in West Allis, Wisconsin.

Why is there no Interstate 594? Not only in Minnesota but it’s not in other Midwestern States

The fact that these urban connectors or loops can be duplicated in distant urban areas is not mentioned here. For example, southern California has I-405, the highest traveled urban highway in the U.S. Up in Seattle, Washington there is another parallel connector designated I-405. There is a I-205 in California, east of the San Francisco Bay Area and Portland, Oregon's north south parallel freeway is also I-205. There is another I-5 north-south parallel connector in San Diego, but being it is so close to I-405 in L.A., it is designated I-805.

So what if they connect to 35? Would it be 435? And why are these considered INTERSTATES when they don't go to any other states? And why aren't they named after 35 if they run N/S the same way interstates do?
